In 2015 Merritt finished the construction of its new 72,900 square-foot flex-warehouse building at 20700 Loudoun County in Ashburn, Virginia. Within this building Merritt also completed a 29,234 square-foot build-out for SAAB Defense & Security. This state-of-the-art space features both office and warehouse areas that allow for an open working environment for employees within the office and storage for their many aircraft parts and supplies within the warehouse. SAAB’s newly finished space also features a secure room, a large break room and two adjacent conference rooms with a motorized wall system that can open or divide the rooms if needed.
