In 2020 Merritt completed a 12,000 SF build-out for Cowan Systems, LLC at 4700 Hollins Ferry Rd. in Baltimore, MD. This space is now composed of newly renovated restrooms, conference rooms, an open office area for employees to collaborate, and a 1,075 SF break room. Merritt also made exterior building improvements by installing new concrete porches and canopies and painting the brick. As construction was winding down, Cowan decided to renovate a 9,000 SF building located next door. The goal for this space was to create an open-concept feel that provided flexibility for the future.
