Completed in December of 2013, the MEC2 and GOALS Baltimore project was a 50,000-square-foot renovation that transformed an outdated bottling facility and warehouse into a unique office space for MEC2 and a new indoor sports facility for GOALS Baltimore. The building required major structural improvements before any other renovations could take place.

The finished product now features a 15,000-square-foot contemporary office space with an open collaboration work area, a new roof, all new windows and a new entrance for MEC2. In addition, the 35,000-square-foot GOALS Baltimore facility includes two multi-purpose fields, bleacher seating and a snack bar.
