Marking The Point’s second location, this project featured the renovation of a former bar and restaurant. Over the course of a year, Merritt Construction Services completed extensive structural and cosmetic renovations and installed new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. A modern-industrial interior was incorporated to highlight exposed beams, brick, timber and duct work, and garage doors and windows.
