This design-build project consisted of ground-up construction. In addition to the required site development, in which Merritt imported 51,000 yards of fill and built a 17,636 SF, 27’ tall retaining wall, the construction team built a 45,225 SF space, including a 13,350 SF showroom, 2,999 SF mezzanine, and a 1,500 SF call center for the client. The location also features 358 parking spaces.
