In January of 2011, as a part of the Ford Corporate re-branding initiative, Merritt Construction Services was contracted to re-skin the existing Apple Ford car dealership in Columbia and upgrade finishes in the showroom. The initial scope of work quickly grew into a major renovation of not just the exterior and the showroom, but also of the bathrooms, customer lounge, and service/quick lane, as well as lighting and finish improvements throughout.

All of the work was completed during regular business hours while keeping the car dealership fully operational. Despite the expanded scope of work, Merritt was able to deliver the completed project under budget in only five months.
