Merritt completed a 15,000-square-foot tenant fit-out for Dunbar Security Solutions at Schilling Square in Hunt Valley. The project included private offices, bullpen areas and a state-of-the-art command center. The space features high-end finishes and the latest in office technology, including a contiguous glass wall between the command center and the main conference room that turns opaque with the flip of a switch.
