Platinum Excellence - Renovation - Omega Healthcare Investors Expansion

Merritt was commissioned by Omega Healthcare Investors to expand their existing 27,126 SF-office at 303 International Circle in Hunt Valley, MD. Utilizing Merritt’s in-house design and construction teams, Merritt provided Omega with a unique solution that kept them in their existing space while expanding them into an available suite on the third floor, providing the client with an additional 14,300 SF.

To maximize time, Merritt built out the new space while simultaneously preparing the existing one for the installation of a 7,000-pound stairwell, a unique and integral feature of the renovation, that would connect the two suites. The third-floor expansion included the addition of 20 offices, training and conference rooms, a kitchen pantry, and modern finishes such as glass barn doors and conference room walls, plastic laminate cabinets, quartz counter tops and polished concrete.
