Platinum Excellence - Renovation - Apple Mitsubishi Elkton

Apple Mitsubishi of Elkton knew they wanted to renovate their existing showroom and office on Pulaski Highway to offer a better customer experience for their clients. Their existing facility was out of date and in need of interior and exterior upgrades. Merritt Construction Services' renovation for Apple Mitsubishi included a 2,150-SF addition with a larger customer lounge, a covered service entrance, modern finishes, an updated exterior façade, resurfaced parking lot, and various mechanical system upgrades. 

The new addition, connected to the existing showroom through glass doors, now includes a new 357-SF customer lounge, two ADA bathrooms, the service manager’s office and a covered service lane. Merritt also renovated their existing 3,150-SF showroom. Previously an outdated space, the new showroom offers sleek finishes with black, white and red accents, porcelain tile flooring, new furniture for the workstations and private offices, new glass partitions, and exterior storefront windows.
